Booking terms
Local Tax: 3,00 € per person per day
Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy. The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the receipt.
The prices include:
Use of the wellness-area with biosauna, infra-red sauna and whirlpool, linen, ski room, cleaning of the apartment 1 time a week, value-added-tax.
The prices apply to a stay of at least 3 days.
Bed linen is going to be changed after a minimum stay of 12 days.
Breakfast: 14 € per day (15 € per day starting from 1st December 2025)
Garage: summer season: 6 € per day / winter season: 10 € per day (whole week: 59 €)
Animals: not allowed
Deposit: The reservation becomes effective after the payment of 30% of the total costs.
Check-in: from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Check-out: until 9:00 a.m.
In case of cancellation:
- the deposit will not be returned under any circumstances
- if the reservation is cancelled during the 10 days before arrival, the guest will have to pay 80% of the full price
- if the reservation is cancelled the last day before arrival, the guest will have to pay 100% of the full price
