For those who wish to relax at the end of a splendid day in the mountains is our wellness area the perfect place for enjoying a pleasuring relax moment.

Available for our guests are a bio-sauna, an infrared-sauna and a cozy relax area furnished in our typical alpine style.
In the external area there are additionally a small Kneipp path during the summer and a whirlpool with an amazing view on the surrounding mountains.

Children below the age of 14 are not allowed to access the wellness area.

The garden that surrounds our house offers our guests a peaceful and pleasant place to be outdoors during the sunny summer days.

For those who want to relax under the rays of the sun there are sunbeds and sunshades available, while those who prefer to do some activities can have fun at the ping pong table or the children's games.
In the garden there is also a grill with all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious grilled meat or vegetables to be enjoyed together with the whole family.

You will also find a small herb garden where you can collect herbs to use in the preparation of your favorite recipes.

During the winter season and the summer high season, a rich and delicious breakfast awaits you every morning. You can choose from a mix of sweet and savory: jams, yogurt, South Tyrolean speck, freshly baked fresh bread and many other delicacies of local origin.

Upon request, we will also bring fresh bread of your choice every morning to your apartment.

In order for you to get to the ski lifts without stress in the winter, we take you to the slopes every day for free with our own ski bus. We also provide a ski room with a ski boot dryer.

Available are also a washing machine and a tumble dryer, e-bikes for pedal-assisted bike excursions, and a charging station for electric vehicles.
