Our residence is beautifully situated just below the well-known Kreuzkofel mountain, only a 15 minute walk from La Villa/Stern. Here, away from the hustle and bustle, you will be able to enjoy your holiday in the midst of nature: sun, peace and the breathe-taking panoramic sight of our mountains.
You will live in a newly built biological house with its low energy system. It is also called "
CLIMAHOUSE". The house itself is surrounded by a sunning terrace. a private lawn for sun-bathing and a children’s playground. Parking spaces are available in our basement, as well as a ski room and a small wellness area, including a bio-sauna and a relaxing area.
The apartments 10 flats, spaciously built and well worthy: all furniture is made out of massive pine in its natural colour, the kitchen is fully complete and functional and the bath rooms are modernly comfortable. 10 two-room apartments (2-4 people) and 3 one-room apartments (2-3 people) – all with a balcony and with cleaning-service. Our apartments are all spaciously built with high quality funishings and fittings: all furniture is made of massive pine, functional and well-equipped kitchens, modern and comfortable bath rooms. All apartments have a balcony facing south with an exceptional view of the Dolomite mountain world.
